Simone Callegari

Simone is of Brazilian and Italian nationality and speaks 4 languages; English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish. At a very young age she found her passion for property and in 2004 she started her career in property and began her first refurbishment project in London. When she was only 23 years old, she opened the doors of her first Bournemouth based Lettings Agency.  With  12 years of experience buying, selling, letting and managing properties across London and Dorset, there is no one more experienced or more passionate to manage your property for you! She is a real perfectionist and manages every property like it’s her own.


Edward graduated from University in 2004 with a BA Hons in International Business Economics. Since then he has gained valuable experience as a Managing Director of an international property sales agency. In addition, he has lived and worked internationally, managing a global sales and marketing team. He has a network of property investors spanning the globe and is able to circulate investment opportunities to investors located in Asia, Middle East and Russia. Edward has also been actively involved in buying, selling, letting and managing properties in the local property market for over 13 years.


Simon is our Chairman but in a very hands on role. Experienced property expert in valuations, sales, lettings, holiday lettings and commercial property. Simon came to the industry with a history of having done property development, as a landlord himself and prior to that he developed his own retail brand which he sold to a PLC. Simon brings the same level of customer service and hard work required in retail to the estate agency industry.


Ian started his career on a training program with Colliers International at the age of 20. This exposure to property on an international stage sparked a passion  and after 5 years of holding various management positions, Ian joined us as Sales Negotiator motivated to negotiate the very best sales results for our vendors (sometimes well above asking price!). Ian constantly goes the extra mile and makes himself available 247 for his clients. Since joining us, Ian has worked his way up through the ranks to become a very efficient Branch Supervisor in Lilliput.


Josh has many years of sales experience and understands the importance of matching the right property to the right applicant. He is confident, creative and persistent which are all extremely important characteristics to have when selling a property. Josh is full of energy and loves taking on new instructions… so why not book a valuation with Josh today?

Liz Thomsitt

Liz joins us with years of experience in the local lettings market. Having worked in Westbourne and Lilliput she has experience covering the surrounding areas and commands an in-depth understanding of the local property market. She is very personable and demonstrates organization and efficiency – exactly what you need to manage your lettings property! If need any advice or help with letting your property, please do not hesitate to call her!


Georgia has several years experience in office administration. Having worked for years for another letting agency and also heading up the admin at Audi in Poole, Georgia delivers first class service with efficiency and punctuality. She is always happy to help so please contact her should you have any queries.


In addition to being bubbly and friendly, Georgia is very professional and looks after the office administration on the weekends. She is a valued member of our team and works hard to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.  


Jessica returns to our company following some time off for maternity leave and has years experience in our office administration and processes. Jess is a warm and friendly individual and will always try her best to assist our clients.
